Q: Does the 1 year experience as a Para or Aid have to be with the school system applying, or can you accept the Para or Aid’s experience from another school system if they transferred in this year?

A: The final decision on this will be left to the LEA, but it is strongly recommended that LEAs start with their own current employees.
