The mission of the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship

is to expand the use of registered apprenticeships (RAs) and Alabama industry recognized apprenticeship programs (AIRAPs) for providing high-quality career training which will enable workers and employers to prosper in pursuit of the continued economic development of our state.

The Alabama Economic Development Internship 2020 Summer Program is seeking 5 motivated, detail-oriented individuals to intern in economic development organizations. Interns will receive $10/hour and will work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.

The AIDT Maritime Training Center in Mobile, AL is now accepting applicants for a No-Cost NCCER Fire Watch Class to be held April 7 from 7AM-3:30PM. This class prepares workers to perform fire watch duties in support of welding & flame cutting activities.
